KLOW 80 (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV)

Also searched as: klow, klow 80, klow80, klow 80mg, klow blend

A ready-mixed injectable vial sold online as a healing and skin blend: 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500 and 10mg KPV (80mg in total). It is GLOW with KPV added. GHK-Cu is Grade C, but its human evidence is for face creams, not injections. The other three are Grade D, so the blend is only as proven as its weakest member.

In plain English

Why people buy it

People buy it to heal injuries faster and calm inflammation. Many also hope for better skin and hair.

What we actually know

  • •It mixes four products in one bottle: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.
  • •GHK-Cu, the biggest part, has small studies as a face cream. Nobody has properly tested injecting it.
  • •BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV have been tested almost only in animals and lab dishes. KPV has never been tested in people.
  • •The four together have never been tested in anyone. None is a licensed medicine in the UK.

What might happen

  • •Maybe nothing you would notice. The healing claims come from animal studies.
  • •Nobody knows the long-term risks of injecting these, alone or mixed.
  • •BPC-157 and TB-500 help new blood vessels grow. In theory this could help a cancer grow. This is not proven.
  • •Injecting copper adds to the copper in your body. Too much copper is poisonous.
  • •It is sold online as 'not for human use'. Nobody checks what is in the bottle, or if it is clean.
  • •BPC-157 and TB-500 are both banned in sport.

Bottom line

Four unproven injections in one bottle. The only human proof inside is for GHK-Cu as a face cream.

The verdict

Mixed evidence: the weakest link is Grade D — animal data only.

Stacking peptides doesn't combine their evidence — it combines their unknowns. A stack is only as proven as its members.

01 — What is it?

KLOW, often sold as KLOW 80 or KLOW 80mg, is not a single drug. It is a pre-mixed powder vial of four peptides you would otherwise buy separately: GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg), TB-500 (10mg) and KPV (10mg). In other words, it is the GLOW blend with KPV added. It is sold by online 'research peptide' shops, labelled for research use only, and passed around as an injectable healing, anti-inflammatory and skin shot. Because the amounts are fixed in one vial, every draw contains all four, and most of it is GHK-Cu.

02 — Why it's hyped

The sales story is 'GLOW plus'. GHK-Cu is the copper 'anti-ageing' peptide famous from face serums. BPC-157 and TB-500 are the 'Wolverine' healing pair from the gym world. KPV, a tiny piece of a natural hormone that calms inflammation in lab and mouse studies, is added as the anti-inflammatory part. Bundled together, it is pitched as a one-vial answer to injuries, inflammation, gut problems and skin.

03 — The honest take

The only real human evidence in this vial is for GHK-Cu as a face cream, and even that is small and mixed. There are no controlled human trials of injected GHK-Cu, and no published human trials of injected BPC-157 or of the TB-500 piece that is actually sold. KPV has never been tested in people at all: no human trials have been completed or even registered. Nobody has tested the four together. Mixing them doesn't add up evidence; it adds up unknowns, including a theoretical cancer concern for the two blood-vessel-growth peptides and a theoretical copper-overload concern for injected GHK-Cu. None of that proves it does nothing. It means nobody has shown it works, or that it is safe, in people.

04 — What's actually in it

05 — Is it legal in the UK?

None of the four is a licensed medicine in the UK. GHK-Cu is legal in cosmetics, but an injectable GHK-Cu product falls outside cosmetic rules. BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV cannot legally be sold for human use. Blends like this are sold as unlicensed 'research chemicals' with no MHRA check on what is in the vial, its purity or its sterility. BPC-157 and TB-500 are both on the WADA prohibited list.
